Instructions
Step‑by‑Step Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with flour until lightly coated.
In another bowl, combine the corn flakes, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
Dip each floured chicken piece into the egg wash, then roll in the cornflake mixture.
Place the coated chicken bites on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
In a small saucepan, whisk together the BBQ sauce, honey, and ketchup over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Once the chicken is baked, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the warm honey BBQ sauce over it.
Serve the Baked Honey BBQ Chicken Bites warm, paired with coleslaw or mashed potatoes.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cayenne pepper to the BBQ sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
