Cooking Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Bake for 12-15 minutes until flakes easily and is golden.
While the salmon bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl until smooth. Adjust spice level if desired.
Once the salmon is cooked, start assembling the bowls with mixed greens as the base. Slice cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado and arrange on top.
Flake the baked salmon into bite-sized pieces and place on the veggies. Drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
Serve while warm, possibly garnished with sesame seeds or cilantro.
