Ingredients

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the skillet by adding 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Cook 2 cups of lean beef strips for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and no longer pink.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.
  • Incorporate 2 cups of mixed vegetables and stir in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce; cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot, either alone or over jasmine rice.

Notes

For best texture, do not overcrowd the pan and adjust heat to avoid burning the garlic.
