Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff Pastry provides a flaky base
  • 1 tablespoon Milk for brushing

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) for fan ovens or 200°C (390°F) for non-fan ovens.
  • Lay two sheets of puff pastry flat on a lightly floured surface. Drizzle honey over each sheet.
  • Spread walnuts, blue cheese, and parmesan over the honey-drizzled pastries. Add thyme and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll each pastry sheet into a log shape and cut each log in half lengthwise.
  • Twist each pastry half into a coil and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Brush each coil with milk for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Let them cool slightly and serve warm, garnished with extra thyme.
