Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) for fan ovens or 200°C (390°F) for non-fan ovens.
Lay two sheets of puff pastry flat on a lightly floured surface. Drizzle honey over each sheet.
Spread walnuts, blue cheese, and parmesan over the honey-drizzled pastries. Add thyme and season with salt and pepper.
Roll each pastry sheet into a log shape and cut each log in half lengthwise.
Twist each pastry half into a coil and place on a lined baking sheet.
Brush each coil with milk for a golden finish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed.
Let them cool slightly and serve warm, garnished with extra thyme.
