Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In an oven-safe skillet, add 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat. Cook until nicely browned; drain excess fat.
Stir in 1.5 cups of mixed vegetables, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, and 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder. Add 1 cup of beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Roll out 3 cups of pie crust on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cover the meat mixture with the crust, sealing the edges.
