Instructions
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and unroll it onto a clean surface. Cut the dough into approximately 2-inch squares.
In the center of each dough square, place a heaping tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese. Add a slice or two of pepperoni, followed by a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
Add a dusting of garlic powder and dried oregano over the filling.
Fold the corners of each dough square toward the center, sealing the filling inside to create a ball.
Gently roll each dough ball between your hands to smooth it out.
Place the formed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space in between each one.
Brush the tops of the dough balls with olive oil.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
While baking, pour the marinara sauce into a small dipping bowl.
Once the pizza bombs are done baking, remove them from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with the marinara sauce.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh and warm. Monitor baking time to avoid burning.
