For the Cinnamon Swirl

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Mash the three ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in the melted butter, then add vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the granulated sugar and mix until well blended.
  • Fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix a portion of the batter with ground cinnamon.
  • Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  • Spread the cinnamon mixture over the first layer of batter.
  • Pour the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon mixture.
  • Gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the top layer of batter.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
