For the Cinnamon Swirl

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Mash the three ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter, then add vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
Add the granulated sugar and mix until well blended.
Fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
In a separate bowl, mix a portion of the batter with ground cinnamon.
Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Spread the cinnamon mixture over the first layer of batter.
Pour the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon mixture.
Gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the top layer of batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
