Divide the mixture evenly into serving jars or bowls, filling them about ¾ full.
Sprinkle shredded coconut and crushed graham crackers on top of each serving evenly.
Cover jars or bowls with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
Before serving, garnish with extra shredded coconut or Greek yogurt for added creaminess.
