Ingredients

For the Base

  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 0.33 cups Mango Nectar
  • 0.33 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dragonfruit Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Citric Acid

For the Creamy Foam

  • 2 tablespoons Barista-Style Oat Milk or heavy cream
  • 1.5 tablespoons Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Milk preferably barista blend

For Serving

  • 0.5 cups Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Base
  • 0.5 cups Sweetened Coconut Milk
  • Ice for serving
  • 1 tablespoon Freeze-Dried Dragonfruit Pieces for garnish
  • Pink & Green Sprinkles optional

Instructions

Making Glinda's Pink Potion

  • Combine water, mango nectar, granulated sugar, dragonfruit powder, and citric acid in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat, whisking for about 3 minutes until dissolved.
  • In a small jar, mix oat milk, strawberry syrup, and soy milk. Froth for 20-30 seconds until fluffy.
  • In a shaker with ice, combine mango dragonfruit refresher base and coconut milk. Add freeze-dried dragonfruit and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, top with strawberry cold foam, and add sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Customize with different toppings or spirits as desired. Best enjoyed immediately for optimal flavor.
