  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside to keep warm.
