Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Prep Molds: Lightly grease your silicone egg bite molds with cooking spray.
Mix Ingredients: In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese or cream cheese, and milk. Blend until smooth, adding salt and pepper.
Fill Molds: Pour the egg mixture into molds, filling them three-quarters full. Add any desired ingredients.
Set Up Instant Pot: Add 1 cup of water to the pot, place a trivet inside, and set the filled molds on top.
Cook: Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes, then allow a natural release for 10 minutes.
Cool and Serve: Remove molds from the pot and let cool slightly before serving warm.
