Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Melt 1 cup of white chocolate with 1 tablespoon of vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Take a large marshmallow and dip its bottom into the melted chocolate mixture. Attach it to a parchment-lined baking sheet, then dip and stack two more marshmallows on top to create the Stay Puft shape.
  • Use a small spatula to coat the entire figure with more melted white chocolate. Place it back on the baking sheet to let the chocolate set slightly.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, place two candy eyes on the top marshmallow. Let it harden completely for about 15 minutes.
