Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Melt 1 cup of white chocolate with 1 tablespoon of vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Take a large marshmallow and dip its bottom into the melted chocolate mixture. Attach it to a parchment-lined baking sheet, then dip and stack two more marshmallows on top to create the Stay Puft shape.
Use a small spatula to coat the entire figure with more melted white chocolate. Place it back on the baking sheet to let the chocolate set slightly.
While the chocolate is still wet, place two candy eyes on the top marshmallow. Let it harden completely for about 15 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar and use the black edible marker to draw smiles or fun expressions to finish your Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallows.
