Ingredients

For the Casserole

  • 2 cans Crescent dough
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese your favorite type
  • 1 cup Diced ham
  • 1 Diced jalapeño adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread cream cheese on each triangle and roll them up, placing in the dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk, then mix in shredded cheese, ham, jalapeño, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the crescent rolls. Spread gently with a spatula.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  • Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before slicing into squares and serving warm.
