Preparation Steps

  • Begin by patting your fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Breading Process

  • Dredge each fish fillet in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  • Repeat this for all fillets.

Preheating

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the breaded fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Cook the fish fillets for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • The fish is done when the coating is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
