Instructions
Preparation Steps
Begin by patting your fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
Breading Process
Dredge each fish fillet in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs.
Repeat this for all fillets.
Preheating
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
Arrange the breaded fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
Cooking
Cook the fish fillets for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
The fish is done when the coating is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serving
Remove fish from the air fryer and place on a serving platter.
Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley, serve with tartar sauce.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best taste and texture. Store leftovers in the fridge or freeze for later use.
