Step‑By‑Step Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar until completely smooth.
  • Remove the crusts from your bread if desired, then cut it into 1-inch wide sticks. Dip each stick into the prepared batter, ensuring to soak both sides briefly.
  • Set your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) and preheat it for about 3 minutes, spray the basket with non-stick spray or brush it lightly with melted butter.
