Whisk together the egg and milk in another bowl.
Coat each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the breaded chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Return to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
