  • Pound the chicken to an even thickness of about ½ inch between plastic wrap.
  • Mix grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
  • Set up a dredging station with all-purpose flour on one plate and a mixture of eggs and milk in another.
  • Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip it into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
