Instructions
Preparation Steps
Set your crockpot to the low heat setting to preheat.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté kielbasa until browned.
Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until translucent.
Layer cubed potatoes and green beans at the bottom of the crockpot.
Add sautéed onions and garlic on top of the vegetables.
Layer browned kielbasa over the vegetables.
Pour chicken broth over the mixture in the crockpot.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes over the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Stir and check seasoning before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
