For the Ladyfingers

  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers soaked in coffee
  • 1 cup Brewed coffee cooled and strong

For Dusting

  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder adds a bittersweet note

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Whip the cream mixture by combining mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.
  • Soak ladyfingers in cooled brewed coffee quickly, 1–2 seconds per side, ensuring they don’t get soggy.
  • Assemble the first layer in mini cups with a layer of soaked ladyfingers, breaking them as needed.
  • Add a generous layer of whipped mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth it out.
  • Repeat the layers with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and then the mascarpone mixture.
  • Dust the top of each cup with cocoa powder using a fine sieve.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
