Preparation Steps
Whip the cream mixture by combining mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.
Soak ladyfingers in cooled brewed coffee quickly, 1–2 seconds per side, ensuring they don’t get soggy.
Assemble the first layer in mini cups with a layer of soaked ladyfingers, breaking them as needed.
Add a generous layer of whipped mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth it out.
Repeat the layers with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and then the mascarpone mixture.
