Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, thyme, umami seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
Transfer the creamy stuffing mixture into a zip-top bag, snip a corner, and fill the halved morel mushrooms.
Melt the butter and mix in the panko breadcrumbs until well-coated.
Coat the stuffed mushrooms in the breadcrumb mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and breadcrumbs are golden brown. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes.
Let the mushrooms cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
