  • 4 pieces Large croissants

For the Filling

  • 8 slices Cooked ham
  • 8 slices Cheese e.g., Swiss, cheddar

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Slice each croissant lengthwise, creating a pocket for filling.
  • Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of both halves of each croissant if desired.
  • Layer 2 slices of cooked ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Add 2 slices of cheese on top of the ham.
  • Close each croissant by folding back down the top half.
  • Brush the tops of each croissant with melted butter.
  • Place the filled croissants in the air fryer in a single layer.
  • Cook at 320°F (160°C) for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Let them sit for a minute after cooking before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
