Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut the croissants into halves or quarters and layer in the baking dish.
  • Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the croissants.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, and sugar until combined.
  • Pour the custard mixture over the croissant and berry layers; press down gently.
  • Allow to soak for 15-20 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and custard is slightly jiggly.
  • Cool for a few minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.

Notes
