Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook your choice of lean ground meat until browned, stirring in taco seasoning and optional veggies.
Roll out the defrosted pie crusts on a floured surface and use ghost-shaped cookie cutters to create shapes.
