Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
Roll out the thawed puff pastry until it's about ⅛ inch thick and cut it into a triangle.
Place the wheel of Brie cheese at the base of your puff pastry triangle.
Spread a layer of cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the Brie.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts or pecans over the cranberry sauce.
Add fresh chopped rosemary and drizzle honey over the filling, then season with salt and pepper.
Fold the edges of the puff pastry triangle over the filling and seal securely.
Brush the surface of the sealed puff pastry with the beaten egg.
Bake on a lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh parsley or greens before serving.
