Start by placing the well-drained feta cheese into a mixing bowl and crumble it thoroughly with a fork.
In a medium bowl or food processor, combine the crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to reach room temperature.
Pour in the extra-virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic. Stir in honey and optional ground cumin, and season with black pepper and salt.
Blend the mixture until creamy using a whisk or fork, leaving some texture from the feta.
Adjust the consistency by adding Greek yogurt or a splash of water/milk if too thick, or refrigerate for firmness if too thin.
