For the Shrimp

Step-by-Step Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shrimps with olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, and salt & pepper. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until opaque. Remove from heat.
Dice the avocados and mango, halve the cherry tomatoes, and combine in a mixing bowl.
Add cooked shrimp to the mixing bowl and gently fold in all ingredients.
Serve in bowls, garnished with cilantro and additional lime juice, if desired.
