Smoothie Base

  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed
  • 2 ripe bananas speckled with brown for sweetness
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 cup milk any variety, or dairy-free option

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Gather all your ingredients on the countertop.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine spinach, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk. Blend for about 30 seconds.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving half an inch of space.
  • Insert sticks or cover with foil and poke sticks through.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  • To release, run warm water over the molds for 30 seconds.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Adjust sweetness before freezing to taste.
