Instructions
Preparation Steps
Gather all your ingredients on the countertop.
In a high-speed blender, combine spinach, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk. Blend for about 30 seconds.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving half an inch of space.
Insert sticks or cover with foil and poke sticks through.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
To release, run warm water over the molds for 30 seconds.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Adjust sweetness before freezing to taste.
