Fruit Base

  • 2 medium Red apples diced
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup Red seedless grapes halved
  • 2 medium Kiwis sliced
  • 1 medium Banana sliced
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts optional
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 medium Juice of half a lemon

Cinnamon Vanilla Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine diced pears, red apples, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat and prevent browning.
  • Fold in the pomegranate seeds, halved grapes, sliced kiwis, and banana. Add walnuts and dried cranberries if using. Gently mix.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all fruit evenly.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  • Before serving, give the salad a gentle toss and transfer to a serving dish.
