Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • If customizing, gently fold in mini chocolate chips and/or crushed nuts.
  • Prepare the molds or muffin tin by greasing them lightly with non-stick spray or oil.
  • Spoon the yogurt and peanut butter mixture into each mold or muffin tin cavity, filling them to the top.
  • Smooth the tops using a spoon or fingers and add extra toppings if desired.
  • Place the molds flat in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  • To remove, press the bottoms of silicone molds or run warm water over the muffin tin.
  • Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
