Step‑by‑Step Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, about 4–5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, chili oil, honey (or sugar), and vinegar until smooth.
Drain the noodles in a colander without rinsing. Return them to the pot and pour in the peanut sauce. Toss gently to coat.
If the sauce is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of hot cooking water gradually while tossing.
Drizzle extra chili oil on top, then sprinkle with cilantro and green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid rinsing noodles after cooking; the starch helps the sauce adhere. Garnish generously for better flavor.
