Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, about 4–5 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, chili oil, honey (or sugar), and vinegar until smooth.
  • Drain the noodles in a colander without rinsing. Return them to the pot and pour in the peanut sauce. Toss gently to coat.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of hot cooking water gradually while tossing.
  • Drizzle extra chili oil on top, then sprinkle with cilantro and green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid rinsing noodles after cooking; the starch helps the sauce adhere. Garnish generously for better flavor.
