Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add cooked protein and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir for 2 minutes until heated and fragrant.
  • Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss together for 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
