Instructions
Step‑by‑Step Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin and ziplock bag.
Combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
Roll the Oreo mixture into 1-inch balls, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt the black chocolate melts according to package instructions until smooth and glossy.
After chilling, insert popsicle sticks into the balls and dip them into the melted black chocolate.
Sprinkle Halloween-themed decorative sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens; pipe Jack's face with melted white chocolate if desired.
Let the decorated pops sit until the chocolate coating is firm, around 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
