Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened

For the Coating

  • 1 cup Black chocolate melts good quality
  • 1 cup White chocolate melts

  • 12 pieces Popsicle sticks
  • 1 cup Halloween-themed decorative sprinkles

Instructions

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin and ziplock bag.
  • Combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  • Roll the Oreo mixture into 1-inch balls, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the black chocolate melts according to package instructions until smooth and glossy.
  • After chilling, insert popsicle sticks into the balls and dip them into the melted black chocolate.
  • Sprinkle Halloween-themed decorative sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens; pipe Jack's face with melted white chocolate if desired.
  • Let the decorated pops sit until the chocolate coating is firm, around 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

Notes

Store the pops at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for 1 week. They can be frozen for up to 2 months.
