Heat the Mixture over medium heat, bringing it to a boil while stirring continuously.

Cool to a Handleable Temperature, allowing it to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Prepare for Shaping by dusting hands and the work surface with powdered sugar.
Shape the Peppermints by dividing the mixture and rolling into ropes, cutting into small pieces.
Dust and Set each piece with powdered sugar and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
Store Your Peppermints in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
