  • Cool the Mixture for a few minutes until it settles to around 200°F (93°C).

  • Cool to a Handleable Temperature, allowing it to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Prepare for Shaping by dusting hands and the work surface with powdered sugar.
  • Shape the Peppermints by dividing the mixture and rolling into ropes, cutting into small pieces.
  • Dust and Set each piece with powdered sugar and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Store Your Peppermints in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
