  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Heat the pan by heating 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat for about 1 minute.
  • Add 1 cup of thinly sliced chicken breast to the hot oil and stir-fry for approximately 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Toss in 1 cup each of sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in 1 cup of bean sprouts, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until warmed.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, ½ cup of chicken broth, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of water until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the stir-fried chicken and vegetables, stirring well and cooking for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

Notes
