Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine 1 ½ cups of water, ⅓ cup mango nectar, ⅓ cup granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon dragonfruit powder, and ½ teaspoon citric acid. Heat over low heat, continuously whisking for about 3 minutes or until everything is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a large jar.
  • In a small mason jar or glass, add 2 tablespoons of barista-style oat milk (or heavy cream), 1 ½ tablespoons of strawberry syrup, and 1 tablespoon of soy milk. Froth the mixture for 20-30 seconds until it becomes pale and fluffy.
  • In a cocktail shaker or large mason jar filled with ice, add ½ cup of the mango dragonfruit refresher base, followed by ½ cup of sweetened coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried dragonfruit. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  • Take a tall glass filled with ice and strain the refresher drink mixture into it. Top with the whipped strawberry cold foam.
  • Sprinkle the optional pink and green sprinkles over the top of the strawberry cold foam for a joyful finish.
