Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing

For the Creamy Sauce

  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream Or half-and-half as a lighter alternative
  • 0.25 cup Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat (400°F or 200°C).
  • Season the chicken with olive oil and spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper).
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temp of 165°F or 75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes.
  • Steam the broccoli florets in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  • Assemble the bowls: place steamed broccoli, sliced grilled chicken, and drizzle with creamy sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
