Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add Dijon mustard and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it and sprinkle with thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
