  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter can substitute with olive oil

  • Prepare the Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Marinate the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to ½ inch thick, season with salt and pepper, coat with marinade, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Sear the Chicken: Preheat skillet, add olive oil, add chicken, cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Mix the Cheese Topping: Combine grated Parmesan and Provolone, mix with ranch dressing in another bowl.
  • Prepare the Panko Mixture: Melt butter, mix with garlic powder and panko breadcrumbs until coated.
  • Assemble and Broil: Place cooked chicken on a baking sheet, spread cheese mixture, sprinkle panko, broil for 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve: Allow chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving hot with sides like mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
