Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the shrimp and spinach mixture.
  • Spread half of the roasted red pepper cream sauce evenly across the bottom of your baking dish.
  • Arrange the stuffed pasta shells in the baking dish on top of the sauce.
  • Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top of the shells.
