Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Stuff each pasta shell with the shrimp and spinach mixture.
Spread half of the roasted red pepper cream sauce evenly across the bottom of your baking dish.
Arrange the stuffed pasta shells in the baking dish on top of the sauce.
Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top of the shells.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
