  • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually mix in ice water until a ball forms. Wrap the dough and chill for 60 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice peaches into ¼ inch wedges, mixing gently with blackberries in a bowl. Adjust with extra sugar if needed.
  • Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch diameter circle. Ensure edges are thicker.
  • Transfer dough to the baking sheet. Place fruit mixture in the center and fold edges over, brushing with egg wash or milk.
