  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent dough for the outer layer

  • 8 ounces brie cheese cut into pieces
  • 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Topping

  • 1 large egg beaten for egg wash

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Open both cans of refrigerated crescent dough and unroll them into triangles.
  • Arrange the dough triangles in a circular shape on the baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled bacon, brie cheese, shredded mozzarella, parsley, and garlic powder.
  • Spoon the filling mixture onto the wide ends of each crescent triangle.
  • Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and seal securely.
  • Brush the beaten egg wash over the entire surface of the dough.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden-brown and flaky.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with optional honey or fig jam.
