Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open both cans of refrigerated crescent dough and unroll them into triangles.
Arrange the dough triangles in a circular shape on the baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled bacon, brie cheese, shredded mozzarella, parsley, and garlic powder.
Spoon the filling mixture onto the wide ends of each crescent triangle.
Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and seal securely.
Brush the beaten egg wash over the entire surface of the dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden-brown and flaky.
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with optional honey or fig jam.
