Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer.
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter and stir in the granulated erythritol. Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes.
Pour the caramel over the crackers, ensuring they are coated.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, watching closely until bubbly and golden brown.

Gently spread the melted chocolate across the toffee layer.
