Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each mozzarella stick in half to create 16 pieces.
Mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
Wrap each mozzarella stick half with a slice of bacon, ensuring full coverage.
Coat the bacon-wrapped sticks in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Arrange the coated sticks on the lined baking sheet with space between each.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway until bacon is crispy and cheese is bubbling.
Cool for a few minutes before serving with hot sauce.
