Irresistible Maple Dijon Pork Tenderloin You’ll Crave
This Maple Dijon Pork Tenderloin pairs the sweetness of maple syrup with the tanginess of Dijon mustard for an unforgettable dish that’s easy to prepare.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the pure maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, fresh thyme leaves, black pepper, and salt until well-combined.
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the pork from the marinade, pat dry with paper towels.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Sear the pork tenderloin for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
Pour the reserved marinade over the seared pork in the skillet.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions and drizzle pan juices over the slices. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs if desired.
Notes
Marinate for at least 2 hours for maximum flavor. Always check the internal temperature for doneness.
