Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and ½ cup of honey. Mix until smooth and glossy (2-3 minutes).
Add 2 cups of rolled oats, ½ cup of chocolate chips, ¼ cup of powdered sugar, and a pinch of ¼ teaspoon salt. Stir until evenly combined.
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and press down firmly to about 1 inch thickness (about 5 minutes).
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Remove from the fridge, lift out the mixture, and cut into 16 squares or rectangles. Enjoy immediately or store for later.
