Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzel sticks, pecans, and dried cranberries. Stir gently.
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter, then add brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Pour the pumpkin spice coating over the Chex mixture and toss gently to coat.
Spread the coated mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Allow the Pumpkin Spice Chex Mix to cool completely on the baking sheet.
