Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips evenly into the dough.
Press graham cracker pieces into the bottom of each muffin well.
Fill each muffin well about two-thirds full with cookie dough.
Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Top each cookie cup with a halved marshmallow, cut side up.
Broil on high for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
