Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles until al dente in a pot of salted boiling water, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
  • In a large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, one beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place cheese-spinach mixture on each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  • Pour remaining marinara sauce over roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
