  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Thinly slice the potatoes to about ⅛ inch thickness.
  • In a bowl, mix cream and/or milk with crushed garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Layer sliced potatoes in an oven-proof dish, sprinkle cheese and dollops of the creamy mixture, repeat layers finishing with cheese on top.
  • Bake for approximately 80 minutes, checking for doneness at 50 minutes.
  • Let the Cheesy Potato Bake rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
