  • Toss in 1 pound of chicken breast and cook for about 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • In a large pot, boil salted water and cook 8 ounces of pasta according to package instructions, around 9-11 minutes.
  • In the skillet, pour in 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Gradually add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
